Norcal Healthconnect, LLC allegedly violated the California Labor Code by failing to fully relieve employees for meal and rest breaks during shifts.
SONOMA, Calif., July 30, 2022 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ — The San Francisco employment law attorneys at Blumenthal Nordrehaug Bhowmik De Blouw LLP, filed a class action complaint alleging that Norcal Healthconnect, LLC violated the California Labor Code. The Norcal Healthconnect, LLC, class action lawsuit, Case No. SCV-271141, is currently pending in the Sonoma County Superior Court of the State of California. A copy of the Complaint can be read here.
According to the lawsuit filed, Norcal Healthconnect, LLC allegedly failed to fully relieve Plaintiff and other Aggrieved Employees for their legally required thirty (30) minute meals breaks. Employees were also allegedly required, from time to time, to work in excess of four (4) hours without being provided the legally required ten (10) minute rest periods.
